Be the change you wish to see in the world.
Deeply touched by the number of homeless people on the streets, and inspired by the noble act of giving by Shoecyclist, Adnesh, Ishan and me decided to be part of Shoecyclist.org leadership team. We are running the North Fremont Chapter and, we would like to extend the impact to a large number of people. We also look forward to involving our friends and classmates and making this a group effort.
Bharat: I am an 8th grader in Fremont CA. I love reading, swimming, hiking, biking and watching movies. I am also very interested in science and math. I have always wanted to make a difference in the lives of others. I decided to open the North Fremont Chapter of Shoecyclist, as I feel this is an efficient way to help those in need. I am deeply touched by the number of homeless people I see on the streets, and now I have a way to help them in some way.
Adnesh: I am an Eight Grader and I love playing cricket. I play for EYCA – both domestic and International and has great interest in Aeronautical Engineering. I love planes, especially the aviation company, Boeing. Contributing to human cause and society has been my ambition and Shoecyclist has given me an opportunity to work towards my ambition. I am inspired by the mighty objectives of Shoecyclist.org and want to help the needy.
Ishan: I am an 8th grader in Fremont and I enjoy reading, biking and hiking. Science and math are my favorite subjects. I love nature and animals. I have been in Cub Scouts for 6 years, so I am always eager to lend a helping hand. When my friend told me about this organization, I thought that it would be a great way to help the homeless people and continue this noble act of giving.

Bharat and Ishan took 2 boxes of gently used shoes for Footprints, a Compassionate Network organization that hands gently used shoes to those who need them. This is a community organization in Fremont!
